How Long Does The Hair Last?
With proper care, Raw Hair lasts 3–5 years. Because each bundle is raw and sourced directly per order, the quality is unmatched.
How many bundles do I need?
• 16inches 2-3bundles
• 18–24 or more 3-4bundles
What is Virgin Remy Hair?
Remy” or “Remi” means hair extension where all the cuticles are intact and not at all stripped. These hair extensions are made from the finest quality 100% virgin Remy human hair with the cuticle left intact.
What is Burmese Curly hair?
Burmese hair originates from Southeast Asian saw single donor hair ranging from straight,Wavy to curly . It goes through a light steam process only to create the Burmese-inspired curl pattern. No chemicals, no synthetic fibers, and no harsh processing
What Color Will My Bundles Be?
Raw hair comes in natural tones, ranging from soft black to natural brown. No two bundles are identical — which is the beauty of raw hair.
Can The Hair Be Colored?
Yes. All Raw and Virgin Hair can be professionally colored, lifted, or toned. We recommend having color services done by a licensed stylist.
Does Raw Hair Shed or Tangle?
Raw hair may experience minimal shedding, similar to natural hair. Tangling is very rare with proper care and consistent moisture.
Is The Hair Thick?
Yes — raw hair maintains its natural density. Our bundles are full from root to ends and weigh 3.0–3.7 oz depending on the texture.
How Do I Maintain Raw or Virgin hair?
• Shampoo & condition regularly
• Avoid heavy oils
• Use sulfate-free products
• For curly hair, hydrate with mousse/water
• Detangle gently from the ends up

My Ninities Hair bundles are sourced, selected, and prepared per order. We take pride in offering a luxury experience — this is not fast fashion.
Quality takes time, and we ensure every bundle meets our premium standard before shipping. Once your order is shipped, tracking will be emailed to you. By purchasing on our website, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Shipping Policy.
Return & Exchange Policy
My Nineties Hair does not accept returns.
We offer exchanges only, under the following conditions:
• Must contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Hair must be unused and unaltered
• Must be in original packaging
• Photos must be emailed for review

If the hair shows any signs of use, the exchange will be denied. We do not offer exchanges due to shipping delays, dissatisfaction with curl/wave pattern (raw hair naturally varies), or buyer’s remorse.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled. Our raw bundles begin sourcing immediately after payment.
